When you sign with Intellimark, your service area is locked. No other paving contractor in your territory will be taken on as a client. Your marketing dollars aren't competing against another operator running the same playbook.
Your market can be a single metro, a multi-county region, or an entire state — depending on your crew capacity and growth goals. We define the boundary together during onboarding.
Markets fill on a first-come basis. Once a territory is claimed, it stays closed until the operator leaves. If your competitor locks your market before you do, you'll have to wait — or expand into adjacent territory.
