Do I need to prepare anything?+
Nothing. Just have a sense of your rough revenue, your service mix (residential/commercial split), and what you want to grow. We do the rest live on the call.
Is this a sales pitch?+
Of course — but a short one. The bulk of the call is market analysis. If we are not a fit we will tell you so and send you on your way with a couple of useful things regardless.
What happens after the call?+
If we are a fit, we send a short proposal (one page, no tricks) within 48 hours. Signing takes about 10 minutes. Kickoff is usually the following week.
