Is this an AI tool that estimates from a photo?+
No. SiteIQ is an interactive measurement tool — you draw the lot on satellite imagery with precision drawing tools on iPad. Not a magic-button "upload a photo" guess. You are measuring the actual geometry, so the numbers are accurate.
How accurate is the measuring?+
As accurate as the satellite imagery allows — the same precision you would get from measuring a football field end-to-end on Google Earth. Pair that with field verification when it matters (parking counts, crack detail) and you have a bid you can defend.
How long does an estimate take?+
About 10 minutes per lot once you know the tool. Compared to driving to the site, walking it, writing it up, and typing it into Word, you are cutting a half-day of estimator time down to a coffee break.
What can I actually measure or attribute?+
