Who is Intellimark actually for?+
Asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, and crack-repair contractors doing $1M–$10M in revenue, with a real crew and real territory — and the ambition to break through to the next tier. If you're at $1M trying to get to $10M, you're our client.
Why only paving?+
Because horizontal agencies burn money on bad copy, bad creative, and bad targeting when they try to serve paving. We know the difference between sealcoat and slurry seal, between a 10K sqft retail lot and a 100K sqft industrial facility, and what a property manager actually cares about. That knowledge shows up in the work.
Do you work with my competitors?+
No. We work with one paver per service area. When we start with you, your market is closed. No exceptions.
Where are you based?+
Troy, Michigan — 888 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084 — operating nationwide. We do not need to be local to your market — we map every client's market on day one and know it cold by kickoff.
Engagement & fit
How is pricing structured?+
Flat monthly per service — not a percentage of ad spend, so scaling doesn't penalize you. Most clients run two or three services together. We scope the quote to your market and your stack on the intro call; no hidden retainers, no surprises.
How long am I locked in?+
We need enough runway to deliver on what we promised — so the first engagement has a minimum term. After that, month-to-month. If we're not hitting the numbers, fire us. We'd rather lose the account than string you along.
Do I have to run all five services?+
No. Start with whichever one fits your season. Most clients add the second within 60 days once they see the pipeline fill up.
Can I pause services seasonally?+
Yes — pause Meta in winter if your market is fully seasonal. Cold Email and SEO we recommend running year-round; cold email builds commercial pipeline for spring, SEO compounds month over month.
Results & timelines
How fast do leads start coming in?+
Meta Ads: 72 hours from launch to first qualified lead. Cold Email: 2–3 weeks through domain warmup. SEO: ranking begins at launch, local long-tail moves in 30–60 days, competitive terms take longer and we show weekly rank tracking. SiteIQ is active day one.
What if it doesn't work?+
We do not hold you hostage. We track lead-to-close together. If the numbers aren't moving the right direction, we fire ourselves before you have to.
How do you measure success?+
Cost per qualified lead, cost per job won, and return on spend. We report those numbers weekly. Vanity metrics (impressions, clicks, opens) are in the dashboard but not what we chase.
What if I can't handle the call volume?+
We dial back spend together. Leads that sit past 24 hours close at half the rate, so pacing to your crew capacity is part of the service, not an afterthought.
Process & ownership
Who manages this on my end?+
One point of contact from your team, 2–3 hours per week. We handle the rest. No full-time marketing hire needed.
What will you need from me to get started?+
Access to your Meta Business Manager or Google accounts (or we set up new ones under your ownership), a rate card for services, and an hour for kickoff. That's it.
Do I own the work?+
Yes. Ad accounts, websites, domains, creative, lists — all yours. If we part ways, everything comes with you. No hostage situations.
Can I talk to a current client?+
Yes. After the intro call, if you're seriously considering signing, we'll connect you with a current client in a non-competing market for a reference call.
SiteIQ
What is SiteIQ, exactly?+
SiteIQ is the all-in-one site survey and proposal platform for asphalt and paving contractors. You type in an address, the parking lot loads on satellite imagery, and you measure it interactively on iPad — drawing polygons for area (sqft), lines for linear feet (cracks, curbs), and dropping markers for potholes, drains, ADA stalls, and manhole covers. You can deduct islands and buildings, attribute ADA compliance, and attach photos to zones. Then you build a priced estimate against your rate card and send a branded multi-page proposal with e-signature from the same tool. It lives at pave-iq.com.
Is this an AI tool that estimates from a single photo?+
No. SiteIQ is an interactive measurement tool. You draw the lot yourself on satellite imagery using precision drawing tools on iPad — this is what makes it accurate. It's not a magic-button photo guess.
How long does an estimate take?+
Around 10 minutes per lot once you know the tool. Compared to driving to the site, walking it, writing it up, and typing it into Word, you're cutting a half-day of estimator time down to a coffee break.
How accurate is it?+
As accurate as the satellite imagery allows — the same precision you'd get measuring a football field end-to-end on Google Earth. Field verification for parking counts and crack detail still happens when it matters, but the bid you send is one you can defend.
Does it do costing and protect my margins?+
Yes — core feature. Every scope line is priced against your own rate card and material costs, so you bid accurately, bid faster, and win more work because you're first to the buyer with a professional proposal.
Does SiteIQ cost extra?+

Is my data safe?+
